HeartsApp by Heartfulness Institute is a comprehensive app designed specifically for Heartfulness functionaries, with a primary focus on trainers and volunteers. Its purpose is to support and enhance their day-to-day activities related to Heartfulness.

The functionality of HeartsApp caters to trainers by providing them with the ability to conduct online meditation sessions and keep track of both online and offline (in-person) sessions. It offers numerous features that streamline their workflow:

 <li>Trainers can easily register new users</li>
 <li>They have the capability to customize preferences for their HeartSpot location and availability</li>
 <li>The app conveniently captures sitting statistics for trainers</li>
 <li>Trainers receive notifications when users are waiting for an online meditation session but no trainers are available, ensuring a prompt response</li>
</ul>

For volunteers, HeartsApp enables them to efficiently track and record details of in-person Heartfulness outreach events. Additionally, the app generates comprehensive reports for easy analysis and reporting.
